Lisa Kayser, President
Lisa Kayser is a highly qualified individual with a diverse background in various fields. She graduated from Stylemasters College of Hair Design in Cosmetology in 1992 and Instructor Training in 1993. With many years of experience, Lisa has developed a strong reputation for herself.
Currently, Lisa oversees all aspects of the college and serves as the Student Financial Aid Director as well as President and a minority shareholder. Lisa ensures that everything runs efficiently.
In conclusion, Lisa's extensive experience and diverse education have made her a highly qualified individual. Her expertise in various fields have allowed her to excel in her current position as the President of the college.

Jamie West - Financial Administrator
Jamie is an accomplished CFO and Student Aid Disbursement/Compliance Officer who has an impressive background in accounting. She attended Clark College in Vancouver, Washington, where she majored in Business Administration. In her current role Jamie is responsible for ensuring that state and federal student financial aid is disbursed in accordance with governmental and accreditation commission rules and regulations. She also serves as a team member in the conduct of all college related external and internal control audits. Jamie’s dedication to her work ensures that students receive the financial support they need to achieve their educational goals.

Dr. John Chilson
The school was founded by Dr. John S. Chilson, who holds a Ph.D. degree from The Ohio State University, with a major in Adult Education, Curriculum Development, and Educational Research. Dr. Chilson has extensive experience in teaching at both high school and college levels. He also served as the Dean of Continuing Education at Longview's Lower Columbia College. Although retired, Dr. Chilson remains an integral part of the school's Board of Directors, providing valuable insight and guidance to ensure the school's continued success.

Megan Wheatley - Secretary /Treasurer
Megan serves on the Board of Directors as the Secretary/Treasurer. Her duties include compiling and maintaining all Board of Directors and Shareholder meeting minutes as well as other corporate documents. Megan brings to the college a diverse professional background in finance and customer service with many years of experience within the Cowlitz County community. She has an impressive understanding of financial matters and documents of record and her past work has allowed her to develop exceptional client service skills which makes her an asset to the college, as she brings a unique perspective and skillset to the table.

At Stylemasters College of Hair Design, the staffing assignments are subject to change depending on several factors. These factors include monthly enrollments, class sizes, demands from clients for clinic services, and staff illnesses. Currently, the college employs licensed individuals who are assigned teaching duties on either a full-time or part-time basis as the needs arise. These individuals are highly skilled and experienced in their fields of expertise. The college ensures that all staff members are current with the latest techniques and trends in the industry, providing students with a comprehensive education.
